What services are available to Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Customers?

Allied Occupational Solutions, LLC is a Vocational Evaluation vendor for the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR). VR Customers may be referred for Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation or Worksite Evaluation by their VR Counselor. 

What supporting documentation do you need to work with referrals?

The documentation that may be helpful in providing optimal vocational consultation, assessment, analysis, and recommendations may vary depending on the nature and context of the service being provided. We are happy to provide individualized feedback in consultation or at the point of referral. Contact us here.

Do you provide services in languages other than English?

Allied Occupational Solutions, LLC may provide services to referred individuals with communication needs other than English when qualified interpreters or translators are coordinated in advance to facilitate language and culturally competent service delivery, as appropriate.

How do I start services?

Allied Occupational Solutions, LLC accepts referrals from carriers, attorneys, employers, Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Counselors, and other parties. In addition, we work with individuals and organizations who self-pay or contract for vocational and/or training services. 

What are your rates for services?

Services provided to Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Customers are reimbursed at a flat rate by FL VR. Through this vendor arrangement, VR Customers do not pay for authorized vocational evaluation services. 

 
Fees for other vocational and/or training services may vary depending on the requested service(s), duration, and frequency. Some contracted and self-pay services may also require payment of a retainer or deposit prior to commencement. 

 

A fee schedule may be requested here. 

I am an attorney and would like to refer a client. What is the process?

Thank you for your interest in our services.  Please contact us to discuss your needs and the circumstances surrounding potential referrals.  Part of the retainer process includes identification of the scope of the work to be done, a conflicts check, and completion of documentation (e.g., referral form, retainer agreement).  Receipt of the retainer may be required to begin services. 

What training topics do you offer?

Training may be customized to meet the needs of individuals, professionals, and/or organizations. Topics may range many occupational, disability, and employment topics. Some examples of training topics include:
